Summer Camps at AMS
We have summer music camps for many different ages and styles. Each camp is one week long, Monday-Friday, running 9:00am-4:00pm. Some of our more beginner camps run 9:00am-12:00pm. Students learn in a team-oriented, fun, and supportive ensemble environment; the goal is to make music accessible and collaborative for everyone. A placement audition or interview may be required for some camps, so teachers can assess students’ abilities to place them accordingly. Camp activities can include a recording experience, field trips, appropriate recreation time, thematic elements (i.e. Harry Potter-themed Suzuki Strings Camp), and guest artists. All camps include a performance at week’s end.
Asheville Music School members receive a $10 discount, as do early bird enrollees before May 10.
Sibling discount: $50 off for second child.
Registration is now open.
